A mentorship program

Unfolding is to open, stretch out, unfurl, expand, extend, develop, elaborate, evolve, blossom, grow, mature, materialize, emerge, appear, turn up.

In this mentorship you will be supported in the act of your own unfolding. Through ongoing dialogue, investigative prompts, movement propositions, support materials and generative provocations you will be challenged and nourished.


We draw upon creativity and curiosity as guiding principles and apply these two forces to movement and the body, to ways of thinking and moving, to problem solving, to our relationships, to our communication, to what we make, to the roles we play, to how we listen and respond to our environment, to how we inhabit time, to how we dance within the constraints of our particular life context.


This mentorship is tailored to you and what you need and ask for. The curriculum integrates intentionally universal principles, meaning that it can be applied to any course of study, work or research you are involved in.


I work with new mothers, wise elders, young students, movers, artists, makers, teachers, healers, pathfinders at all stages of their development, from those with secret longings to seasoned and experienced professionals.

MENTORSHIP DETAILS

We can work one-on-one or in small groups. One-on-one sessions are 75 minutes. The price includes continuing dialogue between sessions via messaging or email, prompts, reading and other supportive material, supplementary videos tailored to your specific needs, and feedback on any material you wish to share with me. Curriculum for small groups can be curated upon request.
